The term “biofiled” was standardized in 1992 by committee of The US National Institutes of Health Office of Alternative Medicine.
“The term biofield fills the need for a unifying concept to bridge traditional and contemporary explanatory models of energy medicine and provides a common language for aspects of both clinical practice and scientific research that focus on energy fields of the body.” https://tinyurl.com/NIHS-biofiled
Aura, biofield, electromagnetic sheath.
Whatever you call it, it’s absolutely brilliant.
As a Biofield Tuner, I am privileged to work with the electromagnetic field surrounding the human body. Working within the permission and guidance of the biofield, I use frequency to relax and recharge it’s patterning, creating improved coherence of the “structure” within it. Frequency pushes back gently but firmly against the dings and dents life offers the malleable, impressionable biofield.
Your biofield knows how to “heal” itself, just like a wound on your skin does given the right conditions. The field likes simple tools, such as sound, light, or the touch or presence of other electromagnetic beings.
Really, we all “work” in this field; it’s our operating system.
Your breath is your simplest, most essential tool for the work of being human.
When you take a deep, intentional breath today, you’re working in your OS.
You can do that right now.
Inhale: deeply and fully, welcoming your breath and greeting it as you would a good friend.
Hold at the top for a moment; long enough to acknowledge your intention:
You wish to be completely filled with vital life force.
Send your breath to every cell in your body.
Don’t hold so long as to be uncomfortable, you can repeat the process and go more deeply each soothing cycle.
Exhale: long, gently and controlling the release between your softly pursed lips. Now exhale a bit further, if you can.
Pause for a second or two, then let the air fill your lungs naturally.
Exhale; continuing to breathe naturally for at least a count of 20, feeling gratitude for your breath.
Repeat as necessary.
Maybe you needed that recharging, refocusing breath as much as I did.
Share this simple, soothing exercise with someone you care for.
Enjoy your brilliance today.
